The new renderings look a lot more interesting than ones past, but let's let time be the judge of how this turns out.

Whatever they do, I hope it's more inclined toward earlier renderings, and not the souped up L Street Marketplace version they put out on the last page.

It's the way it's laid out that makes it feel big. If they had went will the Nexus option for this project, it would be had a similar feel.

Yeah I'm not exactly thrilled with how it turned out either. I'm hoping they buy those crack dens across the street and make something there. It would have been a few shades better if they put their leasing office in the actual office space, or maybe used one of the old gas stations nearby; that bay...

I think that whole debacle imploded due to the more conservative idea of government not meddling in the affairs of private businesses. As irritating as that whole fracas was, I'm happy she didn't get involved any more than she did. At the end, if I recall correctly, she did try to sweeten the deal w...

I probably should know this but why do City Elections for Counsel and Mayor In Omaha, and Lincoln for that matter, not follow the traditional elections cycle. This should be part of the normal Nov elections cycle. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say it's to keep the local 'nonpartisan' races apart ...

It didn't really reveal anything we don't already know but I guess it's fun to see our name out t...

The NE State Offices move here and opens the brick monstrosity to development on the south side of Leahy Mall. I...
