Wrong, the soil is not a factor at all on pedestrian tunnels. The pedestrian tunnels are no different than the thousands of concrete box culverts we have all over this area...

The entrance and exit is steep. Pretty sure it would not meet ADA requirements for a wheelchair. An ADA ramp can only rise 2.5' for every 30 feet in length and then it needs a flat landing before the next 30' segment can start. How deep do you think that tunnel is? If the bottom is 10 feet below gr...

Looks like we still have some "winter" weather on the way before February ends. Decent chance we will get a shot of cold and at least some snow sometime in the last couple of days of February (maybe around the 28th). It's obviously a long way out yet so plenty of time for things to change...

Loess Bluffs reported a big spike in eagles yesterday. They counted 99 Bald Eagles, up from 18 the week before!
