Yeah at this point if there’s ever any belt it’ll have run on the other side of the Platte. I get this state doesn’t have any desires for infrastructure but at least think ahead and set aside some land.

Haven’t seen any particular work going on for the stuff closer to the street. But they are starting to plant trees at the intersection.

And there’s finally a sign for the new building on 192nd and Center NW, it’s an Aldi’s

I was wondering why that new street lights already on. We drove from those apartments up on the hill all the way through to 192nd, so makes sense now.

I know a couple of those houses to the north have been acquired by the center. Although there’s a guy still living in one of them who turns 100 this year... Have no idea why or what they want with the lots though. My guess would be for private bris ceremonies.

A comprehensive rebuild would have looked more like Denver’s, this is a half measure. Regardless I’m glad they are doing something but I do think our veterans deserve more than half measures.

This is misfortunate a project like this means they are going to piecemeal a new VA hospital. Don’t get me wrong it’s over due and I’m glad something is underway but an entirely new clinic from ground up would have been a better long term option. Thanks Denver.
