This is a great spot with a huge patio area. It is just a little out of the way, so I hope they make some sort of effort to get people down there. Some sort of live music, even just one person, would be nice.

I live close by and it wasn't in my top 5 choices for pizza. Place was huge and rarely full. High rent district I'm sure. Close to the stadium but too far from everything else. It's always not good when a business closes, but this is not a surprise.

Don't give up on the Capitol District just yet. First it is not complete by an means. Second it is clearly set up as an event area. Concerts, College World series ect. The Festival Of Lights website still shows the Ice Skating rink at 10th and Dodge. There is a very large hole at that location right now. Does anybody know where it is actually going to be??

Unfortunately I cannot see them going anyplace other than a free standing building. Something like the Olive Garden on Dodge. That eliminates the downtown area right away. Need a big lot with parking. If they come I bet they end up way out west on Maple, Dodge, or Center.

Any news, rumors, thoughts on the Capital Districts restaurants and or bars?? In one article they stated 4 leases had been signed. Anybody have any info?? It's great to see the hotel and apartments open, but the entertainment value is what is going to make or break this area.

I think a fast casual would be a good fit for the Capital District. DJ's and Local have good "event" menus, but sometimes you want more than burgers and nachos.

From reading the article, these will be in the hotel. God, I hope they have a nice outside street entrance. I will not go to a bar that I have to walk through the lobby of a hotel to get to.
