I think it is more that there is a 4 block stretch without a cross walk. A pedestrian bridge on~22nd that empties right into the sculpture garden could be a cool piece of public art and be useful once the area south of Dodge sees more action. Your right. Â Anyways I am glad to see a developer investing so heavily in the area. Â This study will no doubt show much room for improvement.

Ideally this would be a zone for a bit higher density development on the speculation of a streetcar line right through the middle of it eventually.
