Creighton got their shooting touch back today.  They were 8-11 from 3pt range in the first half.  They went on to win easily 99-71.  On to tomorrow to play Illinois State, who we beat twice this season, but I am sure that it will be a tough game. Finally and impressive win! It may be better for the...

On that note WSU just annihilated ISU today.  CU just beat Drake.

On the main level there will be a bar and some type of burger place. They have talked to Stella's abou...

Well it is Drake tomorrow night. They played well against Bradley, jumping out to an early lead. BTW, anyone else following Altman's Ducks? They are a serious buble team this year after going 8 and 2? Two years ago. If I remember correctly they had some sort of violation and part of their punishmen...

I wonder what the interior floor plan is like?  The north end has doors at different levels... I got a quick peek inside the other day.  Lets just say they will have to do some serious work to make it a workable space for a restaurant or retail.  Support pillars everywhere, not a uniform floor at...

I think it is more that there is a 4 block stretch without a cross walk. A pedestrian bridge on~22nd that empties right into the sculpture garden could be a cool piece of public art and be useful once the area south of Dodge sees more action.  I mean Millennium Park in Chicago has a similar stretch...

Your right.  Anyways I am glad to see a developer investing so heavily in the area.  This study will no doubt show much room for improvement.

Ideally this would be a zone for a bit higher density development on the speculation of a streetcar line right through the middle of it eventually.
