How big is the footprint of the new hotel in AV? It can't be very big either. 205'x125'. However the one in Aksarben will be using the new garage by Pacific Life, Correct? I am guessing the UNMC hotel will need to meet their own parking needs. Yes, the Aksarben one is going to use the Pac Life gara...

I have seen that image with the train stations and both the 10th and 11th St bridges. I guess I didn't realize that the Old Market Lofts building had an entrance off it. I have never thought that the concourse is overly crowded. Usually you are able to stand on the concourse right behind home plate with not much of a problem.

Without it being linked to the NBA, just like the UFL wasn't linked with the NFL....it will fail. It is too hard to draw good numbers on a consistent basis. Maybe in Sioux City, they might do alright, but where there are already a ton of other entertainment options, it will be a hard sell.

I agree, it seems that the last few years have been pretty wet, but with fewer larger rain events. I know that in the last few years we have broken quite a few 24hr rain records but if you take away the top 10 or so rain days of the year, we would be pretty dry.
