It's just a rendering .. I think positive that it won't be what we see. There is no need to have a huge stage with the park across the river. A small stage would suffice as its not an actual entertainment district nor is there room for any type of large stage.

I work in the corporate hotel industry. Most hotel brands require a full renovation every 6 years. If the owner is unwilling to fit the full $ to remodel they have the choice to either lose their flag (main brand ie Hilton) and forced to find a new brand. I am actually a bit shocked a hotel developer hasn't built or bought yet. Think if a regional family resort were to open, how it would impact the area. For example what if a great wolf resort were to open I think it would be a great destination place with the water park and is not too far from Omaha...

We just went today... we agreed they were a bit of a snooze I think it has been a downgrade. No pools, theater rooms were cheap, no indoor basketball courts and back yard space was very basic. I never felt like it was a "dream" house. There were features we liked but could easy replicate

personally, I dont think they will fence off or start until early/mid Aug. As big as a project this is, i am sure the contractors are in the middle of securing all resources needed to build. As there are so many other projects in the works I am sure that resources are part of the issue. Once it star...
