Noticed that too...driving northbound on 72nd just north of Pine. I remember seeing a sign & logo w/ pizza with something like Five Slices or Five Spices? I'll have to drive-by again. A quick search online found nothing with similar names in that location.

Wow is right. $71 mil. If only they could build this down at Lot D north of the CLINK instead....then shuttle people up to the stinkin airport. I'm always amazed at how many cars are parked at Eppley. It's like everybody is out of town all of the time.

So the building permit was for a value under $14.5 million.  That is kind of strange considerig the size of the hotel... Maybe they just said screw it and decided to put a Super 8 in the middle of the parking lot. It's not uncommon for a permit to be issued for a smaller portion of the overall work...
