Yes, but the population estimates were revised in 2015. The 2015 estimate was 443,885.

I wonder if they are going to remove that power line right in front of the building. I don't see it in the rendering.

One other thing I noticed is that the juliette balconies look even smaller than pictured in the rendering., especially the ones on the end of the building.
