Re: Omaha Eppley Airfield

Not sure I buy that. Air Canada hitting the OMA market was a pretty big deal- and was covered by the W-H and all the local television stations. If down the line, Air Canada actually pulls the plug at OMA, I’m quite confident it will get covered “officially” by the local media. Especially KETV. Air C...

As has previously been stated, the sustainable population base is there.. And with more businesses, like Kiewit, and residential developments popping up within the next several years, the question really becomes- Why wouldn’t a grocer want to locate in this area? I think the increased cynicism is due to the general ill will that seems to permeate all aspects of contemporary online culture. Re: 68144 2nd hottest zip code in the US-

That’s my zip code as well. Houses seldom take more than a week or two to sell. If they sit on the market for more than a month they usually aren’t priced right or need a bunch of work. Many sell in a few days. Agreed. Available homes fly off the shelves very quickly in 68144... Ciao..LiO...Peace

68144 2nd hottest zip code in the US-

Yep. That’s my zip code!.. From today’s W-H- “Realtor.com, in its latest Market Hotness Index, catapulted 68144 to the No. 2 spot nationally after analyzing some 32,000 ZIP codes and how quickly houses were viewed and sold. Area residents might remember that two years ago, the 68144 area — northeast...
