I don't understand why we have to build so much stuff on places where historical buildings are located. Why not buy up the surface lots first? Why do we have to preserve the parking lot before we preserve our architectural history? After reading the last couple of posts I went and more thoroughly ex...

I'd love to see some neighborhoods in Omaha like they have in Minneapolis... beautifully maintained, historic, 1,000-1,500 sq foot bungalows with young, white collar, upper middle class professionals, many with kids.  There may be one block in Dundee like this.  I got a unique, close up look in on ...

I'm personally torn on the issue. It's nice and tall and adds some substance to the skyline....but its pretty ugly, and I'm a little unsure about being able to put some retail in there.  Maybe if there was already a lot of retail around it.

Why wouldn't they open a store next to two other sandwich shops? Instead of finding a location that is underserved by sandwich shops, it makes more fisical sense to be a dick and muscle away some business from preexisting sandwich shops. It's the American way.

Have you ever experienced a flight delay?  Usually if they are more than 20 minutes they are more than an hour.  So....people get hungry and thirsty.  And no one wants to go through the hassle of going through airport security a second time.  That is where multiple restaurants and bars need to be l...
