I'm personally torn on the issue. It's nice and tall and adds some substance to the skyline....but its pretty ugly, and I'm a little unsure about being able to put some retail in there. Â Maybe if there was already a lot of retail around it.

Why wouldn't they open a store next to two other sandwich shops? Instead of finding a location that is underserved by sandwich shops, it makes more fisical sense to be a dick and muscle away some business from preexisting sandwich shops. It's the American way.
