Re: Grain Elevator to Climbing Gym

I've always thought they would make an excellent apartment project. That would be a lot of new residents in that area. Plus, right along the trail...appeal to the more active, etc. It's certainly possible. Someone contact Jay Noddle since it seems like he has a hand in everything these days. ;) http...

I will need to break out my dream system maps, etc. I have nerded out and worked on them, on and off, for the past 10 years I think. Thanks Google My Maps for bringing them to fruition. :-) I have a streetcar system, which I just realistically tweaked, a light rail system, and a commuter rail "...

I am still thinking that eventually Hwy 370 could be turned into limited access freeway, at least from Hwy 75 to I80. Would it be difficult? Uhh, yeah, but I think it is necessary, especially for local traffic. All through traffic would go down to the Platteview Freeway. Yes, I realize there would b...

If only.......

I didn't know where to put this so here.....

Hopefully, developers here could get some inspiration, design-wise from some of the low/mid-rises that are going on in NYC. Just a random thought.

From what I understood, they kind of alienated some parts of the LGBT community and made it almost just for families. There is nothing wrong with that. Minneapolis has a huge family contingent associated with their parade, festival, etc., but there needs to be a balance and something for everyone. M...
