Interesting. So according to the FTC, they sold the 120th & Q and South 13th Street Casey's, and the Bucky's at 72nd & 370, 60th & Center, and 72nd & Maple to a pair of firms based in Valentine. Western Oil II, LLC and Danco II, LLC. I wonder what brands they operate? https://www.ft...

The IRS has computers that will eventually flag a balance paid late and automatically kick out a notice calculating penalties and interest. You can usually call or write in and tell them a sob story to get the penalties waived, but interest typically is non-negotiable unless you have proof of a time...

The filing deadline for 2020 individual tax returns was pushed back a month, but if a taxpayer is required to pay estimated taxes for the first quarter of 2021 income, then that money still needs to be sent by April 15th. W-2 earners mostly don't have to mess with estimates. It's your business owner...

144th and Hillsdale was the store that I trained at when I worked at Fantasy's. It was kind of a weird setup with the restaurant bay on the South side. The store they really need to level to the ground and rebuild is 156th and Harrison.

Minor nitpick, but the low bidder was West Central Sanitation out of Minnesota.
People who need extra trash bins only have to pay $91/year which is reasonable. Additional recycling bins are $45.50/year.
