Odds of being built.

1) Capitol District in some form including the hotel & residential.

2) Civic development in some form.

As for office space it all depends on who knows who and who wants their name on a new building.

In other light rail news, the home of the auto is building phase one of a light rail project on Detroit's version of Dodge Street.

The more this area grows and matures the more amazing it gets. Des Moines' arena area has very little in the immediate area. They need to visit Lincoln & see how it's done right. Cuming Street should have developed like this.
