an assurance that the money you put down will for sure go towards getting a condo Typically(and this is how it works at all NP Dodge projects), your money goes into an escrow account that the developer cannot touch until the closing of the unit. If a project didn't happen, then there is no risk th...

to me...i honestly think crossroads can be saved on one condition...and one condition only... because it's so close to westroads, it makes no sense for crossroads to have the same exact stores as westroads.... i even think that the dillard court is quite pretty in crossroads.... so style really isn...

Seeing as how there hasn't been talk in this thread for over a month, I'm hoping that the mayor's discussions of light rail wasn't just a flash in the pan, and that there is some stuff going on behind the scenes. I've never seen Jordan Creek.. I think Village Pointe is nice, but the shopping mall in Papillion is better than village pointe.. Yeah, Jordan Creek really is that much nicer...It's not like Village Point, in that it's set up like a traditional mall (interior corridors taking you past store fronts)...

the other day when we rode down by the bridge, the first thing i noticed was how inviting and tempting it is to want to ride across it from the Iowa side. Â The approach really isn't too bad; the street lights that line it are nice and it ties in with the park better than i thought it would. Â Crews...

Palm Smart phone
So it's not an iPhone, but i just got a Palm Centro smart phone (through verizon) and i wondered if anyone else here had one. Locally, I've got no problems getting service, using the internet on it, etc, but i can't find any free downloads for games, ringtones, or an .mp3 player to use on it. It's...

it's just too far, in my opinion, for many people to attend regularly.
