I could see this building from the stadium yesterday.  The parking is done and it has two floors of apartments done, two more to go.  This building is considerably taller than what I was expecting, very cool.

Bolowich said one of the major reasons he left NC for Creighton is that for big games NC averaged less than 1,000.  Here we are giving him 3300 a game!

Any guesses on the final height of the hotel?  It says it will be 14 stories, any chance it crosses 200 or am I being optimistic?  For reference the old FNB building is 14 floors and 212 feet tall. Sounds like a cool idea.  Right now there isn't any actual "park" space there, just the golf course and the baseball/softball fields.  It would probably get more use as a traditional park.

I think the only MECA lot that will be developed is the new one by DJ's.  The only other one and I would not call it development is the one to the North that is pegged for the eventual expansion of the convention center.
