The project does not seem to be following the year by year plans on the web. So does anyone know when they will start working on the south viaduct? They sure got the north side done with the quickness. I would just love it if they got the rest of Dodge done over by the West Roads.

Its one thing for us to compare cities but it is another for the people who can change anything. I would love it if our city came together (business government) and tried to compete to KC, Denver, Twin Cities etc. reasonably. Competition is healthy.
