I think were going to look back in a year or two are really wish we would of had more retail along 14th. Missed our opportunity to create a focal street for the neighborhood. In a few years this might be 2 blocks away. http://bloximages.newyork1.vip.townnews.com/omaha.com/content/tncms/assets/v3/ed...

Given the continuous addition of units that’s almost one of those things I’d want to wait to count. I can’t wait to hear the count after the landing opens.

Not related to the remodel, but last Monday afternoon I visited the Apple Store at Village Pointe to buy a smartcover for my recently purchased iPad Pro 10.5.. and the place was absolutely packed. Every time I have driven by they have been fairly busy. One Saturday when I drove by I would even go as far to say they were packed. I think it is a really stupid name though. When did Benson become Dundee? I certainly wouldn't walk from the heart of Downtown Benson to this place. It's downhill and...

Re: HDR Aksarben Office
I think what really turned me off the downtown option was the north side of the building and the gigantic parking facility that rose up nearly half of the building. Because that design sucked too. It seems Omaha doesn't know how to hide the parking garages in 1.either the CENTER of the block or hav...
