Re: Downtown Soccer Stadium
Very cool plans. I have doubts on the retail being all that successful, but don't need to be wet blanket today. Will be a very cool addition to the riverfront and all those residential/hotel rooms will certainly help make the area more lively.

Dallas Love Field does 3x the traffic that OMA does with 20 gates. I am sure scheduling is easier for them since it is almost all SW so the gates don't need to be set aside for other airlines, but we appear to have plenty of runway (pun intended) before gate capacity becomes an issue. I think this i...

Really like the look of this. Also looks like no dedicated parking in this structure, but they are going to get 120 stalls in a garage next door to the north. I would assume that would break ground fairly soon too as Millwork is building up. The Dizzy Mule project right across the street is mostly t...

Another bad clause. Renting property you own to another willing party is perfectly normal and this language prevents that. I’ll disagree on this. I like the ownership clause because it keeps ADUs as an option for individual homeowners, not the corporate landlords to make more money. I'll gladly adm...

Glad they are trying to make the code easier to build ADUs, they even said there have been none built without essentially a full rezone which these new regulations will hopefully help.
