Got the chance to drive by today. The North face of the building is more or less built structurally speaking, and the facade is being added little by little on the North and West sides. The Oxblue cam angle from the South doesn't really do it any justice, it looked like an entirely different buildi...

Speaking of Google, on the map overlay, we finally have the 3D buildings across town, all the way down to all the sprawling neighborhoods in the south and west. It will take another update before they get the sizes and shapes right, however. So far, they have UP as the tallest building in the city.

Very refreshing. I hope the city planners would take note of things like this. I'm getting really tired of variations of boxes (UP, TD Ameritrade, Gavilon). Even if just one of these makes it to reality, it would be an amazing addition to our skyline.

Both the Southwest Tire and the BP property are owned by Bucky's, so I would guess they are going to both be replaced by one large gas station/convenience store. Because of course they would. While we're at it, why not make the old Millard Lumber site an even larger gas station/convenience store......

Yeah, with varying degrees of quality. Personally, I think Red Mango has the best. I've been to Orange Leaf and Peach Wave and didn't care for them as much. Also, RM's clientele seems to be composed of everyone over the age of 18 while OL and PW are more younger teens.
