Re: 44th and Douglas SW
The homes are listed as vacant, so it's not really pushing anyone out besides the small Kiewit office. Ok I didn't know that. But it does remove that opportunity for someone to live there on the cheap. Same deal with the ones across the street that were torn down for the other project. Kinda just s...

Its the same developer as Andover Pointe on 132 and South of Harrison. They build a nice produce, but do it one building at a time so it takes a little bit. "Takes a little bit" YES ... I will agree with that. This one has been 7 years. These phased developments are really tough to track ...

I think Google Satellite dislikes western Omaha and Gretna. The satellite maps in this example is about 4 years out of date. The street view on the other hand is a bit more up to date. My google maps insists on calling this area "Jefferson Nebraska". It calls areas south of Ida St. Bennington. Areas to the west Elkhorn and occasionally pops up McArdle Nebraska. I haven't seen the Jefferson or McArdle references before. Were there towns here or is a a goggle glitch?

A lack of common sense is the reason OSHA was created. Ultimately the employer will be held responsible under 1910.1200 - Hazard Communication and likely failure to maintain MSDS records or failing to train employees and contractors.
