Looks pretty cool tonight. I took a few shots from the roof of my building (The Wire) and didn't realize till later that the colors were slowly cycling. Very nice!

That sounds like Cosentino's Market in downtown Kansas City. I think something like that would do well in Aksarben or Downtown, maybe part of the Civic Auditorium redevelopment.

According to the new signs, the 3 hour limit is Monday - Friday, but no mention of specific hours. 3 hours max for parking at a city park seems kind of ridiculous. I can understand a limit on weekdays during the day, but at night and on weekends?
