So they only have one model with a balcony and it just so happens to have two? $2,900 - $3,000 and you can get some fresh air.

On a side note, I was looking at a condo on Friday and it looked like the hotel pool was ready for tile work. I think that will be a cool feature if they do it right.

As of an October 2015 study they have 180th as the I-80 exit. They will make 180th south to Platteview Road a Major Arterial. There is nothing about 168th.

The Canopy Lofts in Lincoln's Railyard run around $900 for a 1 bedroom and $650 - $750 per bed for the larger units. I think those prices sound very fair.

I am surprised that the OWH didn't pick this up but InfoUSA/InfoGroup in Papillion was sold again. Their current owners CCMP entered into a sales agreement with Court Square Capital that should close March 31st. I guess this was officially announced yesterday.

Does a facility with 2.5 million square-feet need 2x, 3x, 4x the number of employees as one a quarter of the size? I agree with you both. Although I have yet to encounter a gas station lot tighter than Cubbies in the Old Market.. That place is a fender bender in the making nearly 24/7... Did Cubbies expand and add a patio or something. I remember earlier this year they had it rezoned but am not able to find it.

Lexus of Omaha went to a no discount trial a couple months ago. As someone in my mid 30's I love that concept even if I would end up paying a little more. If their not going to make an electric vehicle they need to do something to compete with the no franchise model of Tesla.

Gary Sharpe this morning said that the Marlin Briscoe statue will be moved to the new facilities when they are built. Damon Benning jumped in and asked if that was announced yet. Gary said that he thought it was but did not explain.
