Re: Heartwood Preserve (144th Dodge/Pacific)
On the news this morning, they said the largest crane ever used in Nebraska is now at Applied Underwriters. I’ll look for the story in a bit. Here's a badly-framed cell phone pic from behind Millard North showing most of the cranes in the area. You can also see part of it from Harvey Oaks School. I...

The building at 6902 Pine St was purchased by the University of Nebraska system to be developed into a new Munroe-Meyer Institute (part of UNMC). It took a while for First Data (now Fiserv) to vacate the building. During that process, FD also remodeled their remaining building at 6855 Pacific St to ...

Curious... Doesn't help much to have an all conference schedule when they would schedule the two polar opposite teams in the conference location-wise. Coronavirus doesn't care if they're in the same conference. It's okay... we now know that only NON -Conference games can spread Covid-19!

First Data sold its southernmost AkSarBen building to the Munroe Meyer Institute. This was independent of any Fiserv involvement.

It always feels like I'm missing one. Some areas, like the stretch of vicinity from 108th & West Center Road to 90th and Center surprisingly doesn't have a defining name, and most have never even heard the names of neighborhoods along there. They don't really have signage -- that's why. That &q...

I (used to) read the reviews to get a sense for the place, particularly if I'd never been there. 655 New York Ave, Washington, DC
I was in DC over the weekend, and saw an interesting project that is incorporating existing old buildings into a new development. This was taken at 7th St and New York Ave, facing NW. They moved an 880-ton building 34 ft east to make it abut another building. https://s9.postimg.cc/ej6me457f/IMG_2018...

Hy-Vee, or the Shell stations that accept fuel saver. Since 1/1/18, I've saved over $380. It's pretty rare for me to spend more than $0.02 per gallon.

I think they could knock down Buildings 1 & 2 (4 and 8 stories) and renovate Building 3 and the tower into condo/apartment/mixed use. The dome area could be converted into a mall-like common space with shopping and dining.

Even though FDR sold the 6902 Pine Street building to UNO, it is still occupied by FDR folks. Between that building and 6855 Pacific, they've got about 480k SQ feet, according to the Assessor.
