Another Super Block. Couldn't the building on one block and the parking lot on the other connected by some elevated walkways serve the same purpose. Is ConAgra campus the first Super Block in Omaha where the city might reclaim a street?

Interesting about Hines combining their plan with the Riverfront redevelopment plan. Shrinking the lake and extending Farnam plus the Harney Street Plaza would be very interesting. I wonder though about the bridge over the lake or shrinking the lake if they might need to shrink the fountain as well....

The Hy-Vee store at 180th and Pacific has converted about 10% to 15% of their floor space into a clothing store. I forget the Brand Name of the Clothing Store but it is a little strange to see an entire section of clothing racks in a Hy-Vee.

They have torn out all of the sidewalk in front of all of these buildings. Don't know if this is just a preliminary step or it means the whole project is underway.

Honestly, 168th should have been widened 10+ years ago before traffic got so heavy to call it painful. I'm sorry, I very rarely go west of 680 and it truly is a different life. I think were going to look back in a year or two are really wish we would of had more retail along 14th. Missed our opportunity to create a focal street for the neighborhood. It is not the greatest design but filling up "The Yard" with another 5 story building is a good step forward.
