At my address it would cost me $19.28 for 7 day paper delivery + full online access Or 17.53 for Mon-Fri delivery and full online access But for some reason it costs $5-7.50 more per month to *pay* them not to deliver it on dead tree...

2) concessions; do the conferences get a cut, or does that all stay with MECA.
