I don't think the price is that out of line considering the price of the condos many of you support. Although more than I would pay for an apt these days, but I did pay $780/month Â 4 years ago.

the reason you don't want it to go down Cuming is that it's just too busy. So is 10th street and the plan is to have it run down that.
