The two sides worked out the compromise
Wasn't one of the people who helped them work on a compromise a lobbyist for the Keno group?  And as soon as he knew it was going to pass he spread the word and there were all these bars that quickly got Keno licenses before the deadline.

doesn't have great direct from the road access, and parking can be a pain, especially when the mall is busy. Actually it has an entrance/exit road on the east and west sides of it.  I felt the biggest problem is that is hidden behind the theater.  You don't see it unless you are actually looking ...

They're SUPER over-priced
I don't think the price is that out of line considering the price of the condos many of you support. Although more than I would pay for an apt these days, but I did pay $780/month  4 years ago.

Find a roommate for the 2 bedroom and it is only $625 each.  :yes:

Cuming would only be a block from the line
Technically 2 blocks - but whose counting.  :lol:

I know we get them to abandon that rail line that is going right by the proposed stadium and have the street run on that space off of Cuming.

the reason you don't want it to go down Cuming is that it's just too busy. So is 10th street and the plan is to have it run down that.  It would probably add a little less than a mile to the length and better serve the area along Cuming (hotels/banquet/inplay/front of stadium/and whatever develops...
