Driving past this building the other day I had to do a double-take it was so strikingly clean and fresh looking compared to the old worn out blighted appearance I was used to. Really a fantastic renovation.

Yeah, pretty nice that we've used taxes to help fund infrastructure and have a group of regulations requiring Major carriers to allow Mobile Virtual Network Operators.

Sounds like most of the traffic it was built for in the 70s has moved to another arterial so they were never considering keeping 4 lanes. Glad to see them add the trail, I guess the alternative would be to return the right of way to the adjacent properties?
