1000sf for a two bedroom seems pretty decent to me.

Yeah, my unit in the Old Market Lofts is 997 sq ft, 2 br, 2 ba, plenty of room.

That parking garage looks like it belongs in a third world country.  Apparently its still structurally sound but it sure doesn't look like it.

Where is this parking garage at anyway? Is it the one they're doing all the concrete repairs to on the next block to the west?

So this opened two years ago and the development downtown just keeps creeping west.  Eventually we will run out of empty office buildings to renovate wont we?

I completely forgot when I was leaving. Was catching up with friends that moved back from Oakland and the train of thought went away.

I have noticed there has been some work going on here and the permit says 9 units are being added.
