Thanks, I figured that must be it. It just never appeared to me to as bad as some are making it out to be.

So this opened two years ago and the development downtown just keeps creeping west.  Eventually we will run out of empty office buildings to renovate wont we?

Oops, I guess my photo update is a little late!

They will need to start building new construction next...

I have noticed there has been some work going on here and the permit says 9 units are being added.
