I noticed the building next to Kum and Go put a for sale sign on the door. This building is boarded up and looks like its going to fall down. It's just west of the gas station. Plus, the laundry mat across the street has been empty for a few years. Does anyone know what's going on with that?

That building has been boarded up for at least a decade. Â That could be a cool little corner but needs a ton of work.

I noticed the building west of Kum and Go is under construction. The boards and bars are being removed and there has has been many dumpsters there over the past weeks. I noticed a van there today from Exterior Interiors. It seems they are completely gutting the insides.

Anybody else know whats going on to this building?

I have no idea. Kum & Go still owns the property according to the assessor.
