That place looks dope.
When fortune smiles on something as violent and ugly as revenge, it seems proof like no other that not only does God exist, you're doing his will.

I think White Lotus has pushed this back until ... (Rumor) ... Supposedly the people who did the demolition were not careful enough in their removal of hazmat, resulting in the ground being contaminated, and they are trying to figure out how to proceed.

Considering the lackadaisical construction schedule White Lotus follows on their projects, this may or may not be completed sometime in the next decade.

Sounds like soil surcharge, which is good as it means they are compacting the soil to prepare for foundation work.

30 Metro mixed-use building opens — complete with a sculpture reminiscent of site's storied past

The 30 Metro residential and retail complex officially opened Friday, bringing a five-story, $20 million investment to North 30th and Fort Streets.

Unveiled during a ceremony that drew dozens of visitors were 110 apartments, 12,000 square feet of commercial bays — and the Icona, a sculpture that stands near the entrance to the 113,000-square-foot complex.

The 11-foot-high interactive art piece (icona is “icon” in Italian) was designed in part to honor the site’s storied past as the longtime home of Mister C’s Italian restaurant.

Looks almost like Jackson Pollock designed this building.
