Yeah, they're steadily plugging away at this one. I'm interested to see what they build on the two lots that face Dewey. I think rowhouse-style units would be great there.

Drove by and tried to get a photo of this project this morning, but the light was horrible so I will try to get one when I leave the gallery... All that said, this project looks way better than the original renderings.

With the parking underneath this is a really good use of the land!

Thank you brother! So many projects to shoot, so little time in a weekend.

I've grabbed a few cell-phone snapshots as I rolled by on recent commutes, but this is a far better photo!

I really like how this building has turned out. I think it fits the neighborhood pretty well.

I'm a little surprised they put a juliet balcony on the ground floor. Seems like a security concern to me.

I'm a little disappointed that they don't brick the entire building.

This doesn't look very nice. It's too busy, it doesn't quite fit with the surrounding neighborhood, and the front looks like it should be the back.

3327 Harney aka Harney Place Apartments looks to be all done. I was surprised to see that there was a common element lobby.

While this isn't too-notch architecture, I'm generally pleased with how this turned out. The facade could be better, but they did an exceptional job hiding the parking underneath, which I give them major credit for, when so many still throw up a surface lot that breaks up the whole pedestrian streetscape.

Anyone know what they have planned for the lots behind this on Dewey now that they're done using it for laydown? I think a smaller two-story townhouse-style or duplexes would be perfect

Not a hundred percent sure but I'm pretty sure milestone property has bought that land, and are building parking and apts. their site shows the future plans for a 4 story complex.
