Looks amazing....glad to see the infill development taking shape in Omaha. Can't wait to see the continued focus on everything east of 480. The fabric of Omaha is getting stronger every day. Hopefully Travers Row will be finished sometime soon as well.

Flats on Howard are cozy, and they're going fast
Cindy Gonzalez: World-Herald staff wrote:Announced last fall, the project has its first wave of tenants now moving into the housing development bounded generally by 22nd and 24th Streets, Dewey Avenue and Landon Court.

When completed in March, the neighborhood is to have commons areas and social events.

That price point is awesome for downtown. Opens up downtown for a lot more people. Another plus in small apartments like this is that people need to get out and about for their leisure time. Should help the growing retail in the area.

Good point...finally some living spaces that are affordable. People will be able to live downtown and actually enjoy it without putting all their income towards rent.

I thought that was a pretty good write-up, and agree that it's good to have some cheaper rental units near downtown (aside from slums). I'm interested to see what kind of infill is build around this area once the existing buildings are finished.

There are so many buildings downtown and clusters of buildings I absolutely love but that row in the last picture is one of those quaint little corners I've always thought would a great place to rehab.

Looks like the management company has a few complaints. See the apartments.com link below.
