This is going to be a pretty impressive building even though it is only 5 floors.

5 floors is going to tower over the Farmers Market, Art Fair, and somewhat the park!

That huge floor plate is really imposing, plus those 2 finished floors already look tall. This project is going to have a huge impact on A/V.

All I need is a craft beer bar in A/V and it will be perfect :thumb: .

That is really the one thing holding the place back as a "nightlife" district IMO. If they could add a really good beer bar and then another whatever bar to tie in with Liv I think A/V could hold it's own with the other haunts in Omaha. Maybe Voodo and Spirit World will boost the late night profile a little.

I guess I am over looking the fact that Dudley's does usually have a great beer selection. Smaller than Krug, but still better than most places.

Hey, Dudley's recently had a New Holland Tap Take Over, and a Boulevard before that. Don't sell them short!

I know they do. Its a great place. But for some reason I always think of them as a restaurant and not a place to get a drink, which is totally wrong on my part.

I totally think there is a difference between drink first places and food first places. They each have their own vibe. Somewhere like Crescent Moon is able to skirt that line, but it is a hard line to ride.

The building is looking good so far. Glad to see that they at least started the parking garage.

Kind of an obvious comment, but this building has a great presence when walking through the park. It really closes it in and enhances the urban feel of the area.

It feels huge when on Mercy. My tent at the art fair was near this building and it really towered over the street and that's before all the floors were built!

They're starting to install some of the glass on the north east corner.

Always like seeing precast construction like they are doing for the garage here. Like mega sized legos.

I saw them driving numerous trucks with these loaded on them traveling northbound on Hwy 75 in Bellevue last week.

I've posted many times photos that end up over rotated regardless of upload site, ratio and so forth on the forums. Assumed a moderator could assist!

No, the forum reads the photo however you have it hosted. Back in the day I had t an Imageshack account and I would fix it, re host it on image shack and change your link. I don't have imageshack anymore so I haven't been able to fix them.

The problem is that some software reads your camera meta data and automatically rotates the image so it will look fine on your computer or phone, but when its uploaded, sometimes that info gets lost and the image reverts back to how it was shot.
