What's going on here I wonder? There is a fence all the way from where the car dealership was on the corner all they way down to where Hooch Hutch used to be (next door to Sonic).

Re: NW Corner of 42nd and L
I noticed that yesterday going by there, looks like there striping the building on the corner that was the used car dealer. I would assume there going to tear it all down for something

Rumor is that Alegent/CHI will close the clinic now at KMart plaza at 50th &L when this opens

Will this look similar in design to the new CHI Clinic in Council Bluffs?

CHI Health broke ground Thursday on a new $11.5 million Alegent Creighton Family Health Center at 42nd and L Streets.
The 28,000-square-foot facility on 3½ acres of land that has been cleared of businesses and two homes will house 18 providers offering services in family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral health, physical and occupational therapy, a pharmacy and urgent care, said Tony Hatcher, chief administrative officer for CHI Health Alegent Creighton Clinic. The project is expected to be completed in fall 2015.
