I too am interested in this. Also what are the plans for the old bank building? Are they still thinking of putting up a second building later?

The first few floors are built, it looks like section they are currently doing could be one by this fall (not sure on their timeline. From my understanding this section will house the new bank and once construction is done they will tear down the old bank and start construction on that part of the development.

I noticed that with the Midtown Triangle building. I think it's because wood structures are limited in the open unsupported space they can provide. Steel structures can create the big open bays for commercial units.

Benson Lights apartment building has signage up, it looks really cool.

Looks like they are putting the old Louis Market sign up next to the pool deck. Interesting.
