The front building is starting to come together. The creativity here is pretty cool, I think the front building being more inline with the scale of the neighbors is a great move.

Looks like it is coming along nicely. Can't wait to see it once the brick is up.

One of those units overlooking Farnam would be so cool.

This one and Grandpa's C-Mart in Dundee are really cool IMO. This after I was quite unsure about them when I saw the first renderings.
My son got a 27 on his ACT. No this score is not as high as what Jeff's son achieved. But one has to remember the paternal gene-pool my son has to overcome. On a PGPAB [Paternal Gene-Pool Adjusted Basis], my son's score is a 37 and Jeff's son's PGPAB ACT score is 19.

Balconies are up and there is an awesome detail. Each one facing Farnam has the Blackstone "B" in the middle. Great touch.

Also, there is an interior to the building. It's not just an exterior shell...

I will be moving into this building in November. Can't wait.

For the two-story building, the studios are really quiet when the garage door is down. I was there during early rush hour and the traffic wasn't noticeable. However, when the door is up, it's as loud as you'd think it would be. But it is nice, has kinda a New Orleans' French Quarter feel to it.

Blackstone station says they are 100% leased. Hope they start filling in those bays soon.

The space at Blackstone Station is going to be a breakfast/brunch spot derived from Snooze (though not affiliated) in Denver. Opening mid to late summer

This restaurant will be called Early Bird, look for a late summer opening.

Street-facing restaurant at Blackstone Station is really two store fronts: Early Bird Brunch and Bob's Donuts/Coffee/Chicken.

Bob's Donuts is set to become Hurry Birds. It's some kind of quick brunch concept by Early Bird.
