1419 Dodge - What is this?

Proposed to replace Wall St Tower at 25 stories tall. Is there a thread for this? Or is it bogus?

I'm not even sure how I ran across that page. Looks like a lot of old information if 80Dodge is still "proposed"

Yeah they were a great site in the early 2000s, then they tried to charge fees to see content that was public record and you can guess the rest.

In the end I think we will get something built on the civic site since the city seems to be backing the development of that site the most. I kind of laughed and said 'yeah.. thats not going to be happening..' when I saw the Lanoha proposal and with it being a blip on the radar with barely any news at all I don't think we will ever see this one.

A tower on the Civic site would go a lot further toward expanding on the skyline than this lot, so I've never been all that disappointed that none of the tower plans for 1419 Dodge ever happen. An 8-10 story apartment building with ground-level retail would look great here and be financially viable.
