I saw a listing today for 3412 Dodge but it had no photos. Have they changed the name from "The One" to "Midtown 34?".
And of course this begs the question did they change from 28 units to 34 ???

Oh I don’t know. I really think they drew their inspiration from looking at filing cabinets.

I figured it out I think, The original name "The One" likely got it's inspiration because this is Lot 1 block 0. The new name "Midtown 34" better defines part of the street address or location to the public.
