Abandoned Property, Condemned Buildings, Vacant Housing

Post by U R my Helix »

With this back in the news I am surprised there is no topic for this although there have been related posts frequently. If I missed this topic someplace else feel free to delete.

My question is ..... Is there a list available from the city, that will show the locations of these Abandoned Property, Condemned Buildings, Vacant Housing (s). ? If so how can one obtain that list?

I would think if it were public information developers might be interested in acquiring many of these places and thus solving at least a portion of the City of Omaha issue with abandoned property problem.

There's a ton around the neighborhood on the north side of Carter Lake. Some are burned out.
