Anybody know anything about "Thirty One Davenport LLC"?
Evidently they are renovating a 8 unit apt building at 3115 Davenport,
But are also looking at doing something on the SE corner of 32nd & California.

Well if you track the mailing address of the LLC you will get to White Lotus.
The registered agent confirms this as well. you can use this to look up an LLC
