History of Re-imagining Omaha's Downtown and Riverfront

Post by GetUrban »

I found this article while searching for info about Asarco's riverfront site which became Lewis & Clark Landing. It gives a good general history of the redevelopment of Omaha's downtown and riverfront from 1986-2003. The subject is broad enough that it relates well to many of the other more specific threads that have been active lately such as GLM, HoAP, Conagra, Jobbers, North Downtown, Capitol District, etc. Thought you ladies and gents might also be interested....
