What kind of residences are these? Rowhouses, apartments, condos? Looks nice, otherwise.

Based on the first floor garages and the predominance of rowhomes in Little Italy, I'm gonna go with more rowhomes.

There is a small office space available too. I think the plans are still fluid, seeing what kind of interest is out there.

I am definately not a fan of how these look in the rendering. If it gets built, I hope they don't use extremely cheap looking exterior finishes.
