Harney Court got sold to some rich old lady from California who threw a fit at mug life 'cause they don't have soy milk and has grand renovation plans for the building.

LOL, Do they have the soy milk meltdown on video?

This has always been a nice looking property from the outside. Inside is dated "Classic?" but they could easily double the rents if it is made over well.
