American Concrete Products Co (69 &Q)

I was talking to a contractor last week who said the American Concrete Products Co on 69th and Q was moving. This is the land just east and part of the land south of Fun Plex. They sold the property and need to be out in the not to distant future.

The two lots they own total 18+ acres! Biggest problem I see, all the land is in the "flood plain" and some is even in the "flood way". You can't build in the Flood Way and you can only fill 25% of the flood plain...

I hope Funplex is building a massive roller coaster! I think you could build a coaster in the flood plain...
