Blackstone Flats

Post by Coyote »

I know we have talked about this in one of the Blackstone threads, but the former Central Dist Co building just east of the Blackstone Station received a permit for $900k in improvements...

And 12 in the Brite Ideas building and ~90 more eventually on that parking lot. Blackstone is killing it.

3814 Farnam St for those of us keeping track. It looks so much better without the awnings. 7 units makes a lot more sense to me, I think this was originally announced as a 16 unit project.

I was trying to look back at what the original plans were... I thought it was more than a dozen... I don't rmmber what this project was called before it was named the Blackstone Flats.

Not sure if there is a dedicated thread for this or not, but the leasing brochure for the Central Distributing building shows 4,000 sf leased on the first floor with 1700 +/- available. Any idea to who?

Are you sure it is leased, and not unready for lease yet?
