Saw the moxel at the durham today; while im not happy they arent downtown, it did look handsome...albeit not overwhelming from an innovative appearance perspective

Sure is. I noticed over the weekend, the glass goes all the way to the top on part of the north side.

Thanks for the pics skinzfan23!

I was trying to catch the sunset behind the HDR building tonight but the clouds were just a bit too far away.

I would love to see that same shot when the building is all finished. Even more so once a building next to Pac Life is completed.

Heard that the building is about 90% framed out, but with a ton of electrical work still left to do.

May the Schwartz be with you.

I hear they will start on the Garage February 5th. And they are almost done with the tower crane, so they will start taking that down shortly.

So I was told last night that this might not be totally set. There might be another spot at aksarben that also might be looking at. Also chatted with someone that works at BBCBS and commented that some who work in the area are worried about how traffic will increase when the building opens.

I wonder how many current employees ride the 11 and 15 bus routes. It sounds like before too long, people will have to consider these options very seriously. After all, that's the end goal of this kind of development.

They were disassembling the tower crane yesterday afternoon. I would guess that most of it will be down by late today.

A parking garage.

Now that the tower crane is gone, did anyone else notice they built a building? :;):
He said "They are some big, ugly red brick buildings"
...and then they were gone.
