SE 13th & Pacific Street
Anyone know what the two story building at 13th and Pacific is?
Here is all I could come up with:
Owner: ALLISMA TOOMAS
Address: 1103 S 13 ST
Parcel Number: 1927130310
I don't see a building permit for either parcel "1927130310" or address "1103"
Googling "ALLISMA TOOMAS" I get one article saying he is an architect that is also a partner if Flagship restaurants.

Yeah, but can you imagine a third floor with a northern balcony and the view from there?Brad wrote:Wow, never would have guessed residential. Busy corner and steel construction.

May be if it was a 6 story building, I think that's way too high.Coyote wrote:Something like:

I heard it's going to be a three story with a pool on the roof.
