Barriers are up for the demolition of the former OH-K Fast Printing building on the NW Corner of 46th and Dodge. According to Douglas County, the property is now owned by Pinnacle Bank

That's too bad. It was a cool building with a lot of potential. New bank branch?

They really could have made that into something cool. It has good bones. I have a feeling what replaces it won't be very street oriented.
