Saw something interesting today. Looked like they were drilling for a core sample on the Bucky's property this afternoon, maybe someone is looking at the property?

Not sure about any details, could be nothing even. Just saw this type of machine digging through their parking lot.

$160k what that get you these days as far as gas stations?
